Hi!
My name is Julie Ketils Kristensen, and I am behind Ketils Media .
I help small and medium-sized businesses crack the social media code.
Because yes, algorithms, likes, views, reach, SEO, etc., can seem confusing and you can quickly lose track of things.
But don't worry - that's exactly why I'm here to help!
Let me manage your social media so you can focus on your guests.
Philosophy
I have a bachelor's degree in marketing from Copenhagen Business Academy,
and I am a certified social media manager.
But my path here hasn't been classic.
- I am also a trained chef!
It gives me a slightly different approach, as I know how to put taste, sensuality and mood at the center - also digitally.
I have worked in the restaurant industry for over 10 years, but for long I have had a desire to combine my education - and thus Ketils Media was created in 2025.
I'm passionate about making SoMe simple, effective and honest, so your guests will be hungry for more!
At Ketils Media you won't encounter empty words and half-baked solutions. You'll meet me, Julie - and I'll go all in on understanding your business and creating content that works.

My focus
Restaurants
Cafés
Producents
Hotels
With my background, it makes perfect sense that I focus on the food industry, as that is where I have both a huge interest and education.
However, you are always welcome to contact me if you have a different type of business and need help with social media or graphic work.

-
A restaurant or café without an active and nice looking Instagram feed:
-
Risks being opted out before the guest even tastes the food or experiences the atmosphere
-
Misses out on “free advertising” because people won’t tag a place without a visual identity
-
Wastes the opportunity to showcase the ambiance, menu, and guest experiences
